Cancellation/No Show Policy
At New Visage, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs and maintain the efficiency of our practice, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients who may be waiting for treatment.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the cost of the reserved time and resources.
Repeated Cancellations
Patients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may be required to prepay for future appointments.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
